RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vishwa Sankalp Ayurveda, we are committed to providing high-quality herbal cosmetic products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

1. Opened, used, damaged by the customer, or tampered products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.

2. Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, skin compatibility, fragrance, or expected results.

3. If you receive a wrong product or a product that is physically damaged or leaking during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video, starting before opening the package and clearly showing the shipping label, outer packaging, and product condition, is mandatory for any damage or wrong product claim. Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.

5. After verification, if the claim is found genuine, we will provide a replacement of the same product. Refunds will not be issued.

6. Vishwa Sankalp Ayurveda reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after verification.
